Customers may use Atlas to:
- Manage operational workflows
- Govern warranty decisions
- Manage returns activity
- Support field service operations
- Record lifecycle information
- Generate operational reporting
- Maintain audit records
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use Atlas unlawfully
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Circumvent security controls
- Interfere with service availability
- Introduce malicious software
- Probe, scan or test security controls without authorisation
- Reverse engineer Atlas software
- Copy, distribute or resell Atlas without written permission
- Use Atlas to infringe intellectual property rights
Data Usage
Customers remain responsible for the information they upload or process within Atlas.
Users must not knowingly upload:
- Illegal content
- Malicious content
- Fraudulent information
- Content that infringes third-party rights
Security Requirements
Users must:
- Protect credentials
- Use strong passwords
- Report suspected security incidents
- Follow organisational security procedures
Users must not share credentials with unauthorised individuals.
Fair Usage
Customers must not use Atlas in a manner that:
- Places unreasonable load on services
- Disrupts other users
- Degrades platform performance
- Creates security risks
Monitoring
Atlas may monitor service usage for:

- Platform reliability
- Abuse prevention
- Service improvement
Monitoring will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and privacy requirements.
Enforcement
WFS Atlas Ltd may investigate suspected breaches of this policy.
Where necessary Atlas may:
